Stacey D.M. Shaw is a dynamic force in the business world; a multifaceted self-motivated individual with over 25 years of C-suite administrative support within several industries.

Her diverse background encompasses facilities management, business ownership, real estate, and construction support. Her experience shaped her path to becoming a Virtual Chief Administrative Officer and Operations Consultant, reshaping the landscape of her clients' operations for maximum efficiency and increased productivity.

An advocate for women in transition and for women who experience abuse, Stacey’s mission is to help educate and empower women to live a life of freedom after abuse.

She currently serves as the Founder, Chief Administrative Officer, and Operations Consultant for Your Brilliant Transitions an administrative consulting company; Advisory Board Member for ReDevelop Her - a 501c3 organization that assists divorce women; and advisory board member for Senator Ivy’s Domestic Violence Committee. Founder of the women’s empowerment group - Her Chosen Legacy; The Her Chosen Legacy Summit and Magazine.

Stacey's journey is paved with accomplishments – a Christian Biblical Life coaching certification in 2010, a Real Estate License in 2019, and a Soul-Care Coaching Certification in 2020. She is a contributing author in three published anthologies "Surviving Her; Heal Your Soul... Heal Your Business and “The Beautiful Face of The Invisible Illness; Phenomenal Woman Award Recipient in 2023 and 2024; Speak Life Award Recipient 2023 and 2024; Passion Purpose Peace Award and on the cover of My Sister Keeper April 2023 Magazine.

Her years of experience, training, and making the decision to live life with total intention have assisted her to walk in her purpose.

However, her greatest joy and pleasure is serving the Lord, being a mother to her two wonderful children, exploring nature, enjoying a full day at the beach, and listening to and dancing to music.
